The basic provider for natural gas in the general supply grid of SWK Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Versorgungs-AG is SWK Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Versorgungs-AG with 40,559 household customers in terms of Section 3 No. 22 EnWG.

The prices listed are gross prices and include energy supply, network charges, charges for the metering device, concession levies, natural gas tax; however, they do not include sales tax, currently at 19%.

Right to terminate the contract

Section 20 Termination

(1) The basic service contract can be terminated with a notice period of two weeks. Termination by the basic provider is possible only if an obligation to provide basic service in accordance with Section 36 Para 1 Sentence 2 of the Law on Energy Management does not exist. 
(2) The termination requires the written form. The basic provider should immediately confirm the termination by a customer after a written document is received.  
(3) The basic provider is not entitled to charge separate fees in the event of termination of the contract, in particular because of changing suppliers.
