SWK Familia garant – the electricity tariff for families

The Familia tariff is the most favorable invoicing where the most favorable tariff portion becomes active for you. Basic charges and kilowatt-hour rates depend on your annual consumption. If you are below an annual consumption of 1,260 kWh you will automatically be classified into the more favorable tariff Solo. The more favorable tariff Familia applies for consumption starting at 1,260 kWh.
Here are the prices for the tariff:

The prices listed are gross prices and include energy supply, network charges, charges for the metering device, concession levies, electricity tax and statutory fees; however, they do not include sales tax, currently at 19%.

Price guarantee

During the basic term of the contract, prices are guaranteed to remain unchanged. This guarantee, however, does not include surcharges or sales tax, or any applicable new taxes or charges. If prices are changed, paragraph three of the general contractual terms and conditions applies (as of January 2015).

Contract period and cancellation

The contract starts on the date listed on the confirmation of your order. The basic term of the contract ends on 31 December 2015. The contract is extended by 6 months at a time unless it is cancelled in writing by one of the contract parties no later than one month prior to the end of the contract term.
