The complimentary SWKcard is available to all customers who get their electricity and/or natural gas via a supply contract with SWK Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Versorgungs-AG or abita Energie Otterberg GmbH and who have authorized direct debit for this contract account.

By authorizing direct debit, you make our work a whole lot easier. The SWKcard is our way of thanking you for your loyalty to SWK.

How to use the SWKcard

Using the SWKcard at one of our partners is completely independent of the activation of your SWKcard as a seasonal ticket for the Kaiserslautern Garden Fair and the Japanese Garden.

The SWKcard is mailed to you automatically.
Simply remove the card from the letter along its perforation – that’s it.
Your SWKcard is ready for use: just present it to the SWKcard partners and save money!

Customers who sign an electricity or natural gas supply contract with direct debit authorization during the course of the year will receive the SWKcard by mail automatically after the contract has been confirmed.

The SWKcard 2016 will be mailed out at the end of February. If, despite being eligible, you have not yet received your SWKcard 2016 by the beginning of March, please do get in touch with us:

The SWKcard 2016 is valid until February 28, 2017.
