SWK-wireless – the new free special offer for electricity and gas customers

We have set up a free Wi-Fi network especially for our SWK customers who have a valid electricity or natural gas supply contract and have granted direct debit authorization to SWK.

So now you can sit comfortably in a café and chat on Facebook, check your emails while you are shopping, or quickly google some information.

Using SWK-wireless is as simple as this!

You are already registered as an SWK customer in our Customer Center? Then you can immediately register your Internet-capable devices with which you want to use SWK-wireless.

If you are not registered yet in the portal, you should register soon at www.swk24.de! It only takes a few clicks to do this and offers you many additional benefits. For example, you can manage your meter readings, your rates, or your bills online at any time ...

For each contract, you can register up to two Wi-Fi-capable devices – meaning a maximum of four devices if you are both an electricity and a gas customer of SWK. For each device you have a download volume of 1 GB per month. Once this is used up, you can still continue to surf online; however, the speed will be reduced to 1 Mbit.
