To mark the city’s 750th anniversary, there is a special transport offer in Kaiserslautern:
From April to September, on the first Saturday of every month, all SWK bus routes and all regional buses to and from Kaiserslautern (Zone 800) can be used free of charge.
The scheme began on 4 April (Easter Saturday).
In October, the offer applies on 10 October (the second Saturday) due to the public holiday.
Journeys on the Lautrer Nachtbus are excluded from this promotion and are therefore not free of charge.
