First impressions count – and that goes for your application too. To make sure it’s just right, we’ll tell you here what matters to us and what we look out for in particular. After all, we’d love to welcome you to our team very soon!

Let’s be honest: we don’t need a standard cover letter. What we’re interested in, though, is who you are, what motivates you – and why you’ve chosen this particular job with us.

Organise your CV in tabular form in reverse chronological order (starting with your current role).

You can add bullet points detailing your main responsibilities for relevant positions you have held.

What makes you who you are? Please list any hobbies or leisure activities, voluntary work, language skills, time spent abroad and IT skills.

Contact details: Please provide a current telephone number and a valid email address so that we can contact you. Please check your email inbox regularly throughout the process. Sometimes emails end up in the spam folder, so it is advisable to check your spam folder regularly for any messages.

Please attach any relevant supporting documents: certificates of your highest educational qualification, your most recent employment references and, where applicable, certificates or letters of appointment.

Once the application deadline has passed, we will review the applications and then shortlist candidates. As we also need to consult with the relevant department, this will take some time.

Invitation to a meeting

Your application has impressed us! We look forward to meeting you in person and would like to invite you to a one-to-one interview.

Personal feedback and conclusion

After the interview, we’ll review all the results and get back to you as soon as possible. If you’ve impressed us, you’ll receive an attractive job offer and we’ll invite you to sign the contract with us.

As a rule, a joint interview is held with the HR department and the relevant specialist department. In some cases, a second interview may take place if further discussion is required. This process may vary for management positions.

We publish all vacant positions on our careers portal. We therefore ask that you apply specifically for the relevant vacancy whilst it is still online. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. All our job vacancies are available to view on our website at any time.

As face-to-face contact is very important to us, interviews are held in person. However, in exceptional cases, they may also be conducted virtually. We will let you know the format of the interview in the invitation.
