Notify us of a move or when you’re moving out
Are you moving house and would like to continue receiving your supply from SWK? If so, please notify us of your move as early as possible.
To update your details, we’ll need the information for your previous and new supply points. This includes, in particular, the meter numbers and meter readings as at the handover date.
If the meter readings are not yet available, they can be provided at a later date.

Log in to the customer portal.
Open the ‘Moving in, moving house and moving out’ menu and select the ‘Moving house and moving out’ sub-category.
Select the contract account for which you wish to carry out the change of address or cancellation.
Click 'Next'.
You will then be guided through the process step by step. You will then be able to check your details once more.
Notice period
If you are moving house or moving out, the supply contract may be terminated with 14 days’ notice.
