The SWKcard is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty as an electricity and natural gas customer. The only requirement is that you have authorised us to take payments by direct debit from your contract account. The SWKcard is free of charge and is always valid for 12 months – from 1 March
of the year of issue up to and including February of the following year.

Use the digital SWKcard via the SWK app. We’ll keep you up to date with the latest offers, benefits and new SWKcard partners.
It’s as simple as this:
Open the customer portal – My SWK. Select ‘Register now!’ and complete the online form. You will then receive an email asking you to confirm your registration.
Already registered?
If so, you can simply log in to the app later using your customer portal login details.
Open the SWK app and select ‘Customer Portal’ from the bottom menu bar. The ‘Profile’ button will now appear; please tap it.
Please enter your login details (email and password) for the customer portal – the ones you set during the registration process – in the fields displayed.
Tap “LOGIN” and your digital SWKcard will be ready to use; you can then browse and redeem coupons from SWKcard partners.
Note: Please bear in mind that some coupons can only be redeemed once. Please only open the coupons at the till when asked to do so by staff.

The SEPA Direct Debit scheme (direct debit authorisation) is one of the most popular payment methods. It significantly simplifies workflows for everyone involved. As a customer, you save yourself the trouble of, for example, filling in a bank transfer form and do not need to adjust a standing order if the instalment amount changes. Furthermore, paying by direct debit prevents you from falling into arrears.
With its low costs, direct debit is attractive both to you as a customer and to SWK. The payment method is also very secure. You can even reverse a payment that has already been made.
Yes, customers who would like a printed card can complete the application form for the physical SWKcard. Please send us the fully completed application form by post or via email to kundenservice@swk-kl-de.
