FAQ – Answers to the most frequently asked questions
The contract shall commence on the specified start date for supply (as set out in SWK’s order confirmation in accordance with clause 2.1 of the General Terms and Conditions) and shall end on 31 December of the same year (initial term). The contract shall be extended for an indefinite period unless it is terminated with one month’s notice before the end of the initial term.
As a local energy supplier, we offer a wide range of tariffs for electricity and natural gas. The easiest way to find out which ones suit you best is to speak to our customer service team on 0631/8001-1200.
