Where can I get discounted tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively from the SWK Customer Service Centre:

Simply redeem the relevant voucher on your digital SWKcard when purchasing, or present a valid SWKcard (printed version).
Can I pop in at short notice?
At the Kammgarn box office, SWKcard holders receive a €3 discount on the standard price for up to 4 tickets per event (plus 1 Kammgarn Euro).

How do I get the free game?

The SEPA direct debit scheme (direct debit authorisation) is one of the most popular payment methods. It significantly simplifies workflows for everyone involved. As a customer, you save yourself the trouble of, for example, filling in a bank transfer form and do not need to adjust a standing order if the instalment amount changes. Furthermore, paying by direct debit prevents you from falling into arrears.
With its low costs, direct debit is attractive both to you as a customer and to SWK. The payment method is also very secure. You can even reverse a payment that has already been made.
Yes, customers who would like a printed card can complete the application form for the physical SWKcard. Please send us the fully completed application form by post or via email to kundenservice@swk-kl-de.
