Placing
an Order I hereby request Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Versorgungs-AG to carry out the early installation of a smart metering system at the above-mentioned metering point. I acknowledge that this does not yet constitute a binding order.
Implementation period
I acknowledge that the implementation period for the order for early installation is usually around 4 months from the date the order is placed. I will be informed of the exact date of the meter replacement.
Costs
I accept the one-off costs set out below for the requested meter replacement, in accordance with the price list for electricity metering point operation – additional services, as listed below for the current year.
Charges
I acknowledge that, in addition to the one-off costs for the meter replacement at the customer’s request, annual charges for metering point operation will apply in accordance with the current price list for electricity metering point operation.
Technical requirements
I acknowledge that, for technical reasons, it may not be possible to install or operate a smart metering system at the above-mentioned metering point. In this case, no smart metering system will be installed and no costs will be incurred. I will in any event be informed of this by Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern Versorgungs AG.
