Installment Change, Made Easy
Simply choose which installment you would like to customize: electricity, gas, water, or heat. Do you want to change your installments for just one of these categories, or for more than one?
In addition, you can select whether you would like to increase your future installment by 10, 20, or 30 percent. You can make these changes online in our customer portal at meineswk.de. Or you can visit one of our customer centers in the city center.
You can change your installment again at any time – either online or in person.
