As an electricity or natural gas customer, you can charge more cheaply with the exclusive SWK customer tariff. If you also decide to buy a wallbox, you’ll receive a €50 credit on your charging card in the first and second years.

We are increasing the availability of charging points for all electric vehicle users. Therefore, an additional charge – which you can view in your tariff – will be applied after 4 hours (240 minutes). Experience has shown that the parking spaces at the charging points are often used as a cheap parking option beyond the charging process itself. We aim to prevent such behaviour with this time-based charge.

FAQ – Answers to the most frequently asked questions
The charging card is connected to the charging network. This means you can use your SWK charging card to charge your vehicle at over 390,000 charging points across Europe, at your own tariff. You can find all available charging points at maps.ladenetz.de.
You can easily order the card online or at the customer service centre for a one-off order fee of €6.99. The top-up card will be sent to you by post. The next steps are explained in detail in the information leaflet enclosed with the top-up card.
Your charging fees are billed monthly. You can choose between direct debit (SEPA mandate) or credit card as your payment method.
If you have a current electricity or gas contract with SWK, please contact us in advance at ladekarte@swk-kl.de. We will send you an activation code for the exclusive SWK customer tariff. Once you have access to the ladecloud, you will then be able to switch tariffs.
