Simply open the season ticket voucher on your digital SWKcard at the ticket office when asked by a member of staff and redeem it. Alternatively, if you have opted for the printed version of the SWKcard, please present it at the ticket office. Please have your identity card ready when purchasing the ticket.

Important: This season ticket offer is valid once for each SWKcard holder*. The season ticket voucher on the digital SWKcard can only be redeemed once. Once the redemption process has been initiated, the voucher is considered redeemed and cannot be reset.

How long is the season ticket valid for?

The season ticket is valid from 28 February 2026 to 1 November 2026.

Is my season ticket also valid on event days?

Season ticket holders receive a discount on the Japanese Garden’s own ticketed events that are not included in the season ticket. A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased for €5.
