Early musical education through play
Early musical education inspires children aged 6–9 to develop a love of music through play. In the recorder course, we explore music together and, through playing as a group, develop motor skills, a sense of rhythm and social skills.
No prior musical experience on an instrument or the ability to read music is required to take part. Fun, a sense of community and the joy of music – with small performance opportunities and plenty of applause – are the cornerstones of the programme. New courses start every two years.
