For us, sustainability is not just a buzzword. It is a matter of course, stemming from our social responsibility. Sustainability is right on our doorstep. We all appreciate the natural beauty of the Palatinate Forest and the Northern Palatinate Uplands. Sustainability is, quite literally, right on our doorstep.
Kaiserslautern’s interim target of becoming a ‘climate-neutral city by 2040’ is a milestone in the further development of our infrastructure and supply systems. We aim to effectively advance climate protection, security of supply and economic efficiency. To this end, we conserve resources, plan in an economically viable manner and act in harmony with the wider region. This strengthens the local quality of life in the long term.
