Changing your instalment amount made easy
Simply choose what you want to adjust your instalment amount for on a permanent basis: electricity, gas, water, heating? One of these categories? Or several?
You can also choose whether you’d like to permanently increase your future instalment by 10, 20 or 30 per cent. You can do this easily online via our customer portal at meineswk.de. Or you can visit us at our customer centre in the city centre.
You can change your preferred instalment amount at any time – either online or in person.
